Statistics Report
Provides an aggregate overview of various metrics, configurable at run-time.
- Age Group: Client (Duplicated) The age of "Clients" (calculated using "Date of Birth"). The total number of times "Is date of birth estimated?" was selected is listed to the right of the Total column.
- Age Group: Client (Unique) The age of "Clients" (calculated using "Date of Birth"). The total number of times "Is date of birth estimated?" was selected is listed to the right of the Total column.
- Age Group: Individuals (Duplicated) The age of "Individuals" (calculated using "Date of Birth"). The total number of times "Is date of birth estimated?" was selected is listed to the right of the Total column.
- Age Group: Individuals (Unique) The age of "Individuals" (calculated using "Date of Birth"). The total number of times "Is date of birth estimated?" was selected is listed to the right of the Total column.
- Age Group: Partner (Duplicated) The age of "Partners" (calculated using "Date of Birth"). The total number of times "Is date of birth estimated?" was selected is listed to the right of the Total column.

- City: Households (Duplicated) The number of "Households" by "City".

- Country of Birth: Individuals (Duplicated) The "Country of Birth" of "Individuals".

NOTE: The graph shows each "Monthly Household Expense" as a percentage of total duplicated "Households" (regardless of if they have recorded an expense or not).

- Households: New vs. Existing (Unique) The number of "Households" that have received services for the first time prior to the reporting period (counted under "Existing") and the number of "Households" who received services for the first time within the reporting period (counted under "New"). NOTE: To determine this, the system first checks the household’s "First Visit" for anywhere in the network. If it is listed as "Today" or "Specific Date" and if that date is prior to the start of the reporting period, the client will be counted as "Existing". If "First Visit" is listed as "Unknown", the system will then check the household’s visit history. If their first visit was prior to the start of the reporting period, they will be counted as "Existing". If it was after the start of the reporting period, they will be counted as "New".
- Households: Relationship Types (Duplicated) The number of each "Relationship" selected between "Clients" and other members of their household.

- Visits: Deliveries The number of visits where "Yes" was selected for "Delivery Required- Yes/No".
- Visits: Food Provided The total of each "Food Provided" selected during visits.
- Visits: Households Served by Number of Visits The number of visits per household. Column headers show the number of visits and the count below is the number of "Households" who have visited that many times. If a household has visited 5 times during the reporting period, they will only be counted under the 5 column and not under the columns for 1, 2, 3, or 4. Each household is only counted once. This section will always read as one row total.
- Visits: Households Served by Program Name (Unique) Reports on the total number of households served to each program offered during the reporting period by program name. If "Aggregate Across" was NOT selected- The total number of visits by "Program Name". If "Aggregate Across" WAS selected- The total number of visits by "Program Type".
- Visits: Individuals Served by Number of Visits The number of visits per individual. Column headers show the number of visits and the count below is the number of "Individuals" who have visited that many times. If an individual has visited 5 times during the reporting period, they will only be counted under the 5 column and not under the columns for 1, 2, 3, or 4. Each individual is only counted once.
- Visits: Items/Services Provided The total of each "Item/Service Provided" selected during visits.
- Visits: Program Name/Program Type (Duplicated) Reports on the total number of visits to each program offered during the reporting period. If "One Row Total" was NOT selected- The total number of visits by "Program Name". If "One Row Total" WAS selected- The total number of visits by "Program Type".
- Visits: Provisions (Unique Households) The number of unique "Households" receiving each "Food Provided" or "Items/Services Provided".
- Visits: Quantity of Food The sum of the "Quantity" field for all visits. Networks customize what type of "Quantity" they are tracking (ex. Lbs, kgs, etc).
- Visits: Referred To The number of times each "Referred To" item was selected during visits.
- Visits: Visit Reason The number of times each item from "What were the reasons for this visit?" was selected during visits.
- Visits: Vouchers Issued The amount added to vouchers.
- Visits: Vouchers Spent The amount spent from vouchers during visits.
- ZIP/Postcode: Households (Duplicated) The number of "Households" by ZIP/postal code.
- ZIP/Postcode: Households (Unique) The number of "Households" by ZIP/postal code.
- ZIP/Postcode: Individuals (Duplicated) The number of "Individuals" by ZIP/postal code.
- ZIP/Postcode: Individuals (Unique) The number of "Individuals" by ZIP/postal code.
